"Reintegration as a vet is very, very tough, and especially if you are in recovery. VFR is determined to help rebuild the bonds of trust between the community and those in recovery."

Michael Evans has over 20 years of related work experience in operations, finance and human capital. Most recently, Mr. Evans served as Chief Systems Officer of Elements Behavioral Health, where he operated in several roles, including: reorganizing and rebuilding the finance, operational and billing & collections infrastructure in Texas that successfully integrated 4 Residential Programs and 21 Outpatient locations and nearly [doubled] Elements’ monthly cash collections.

Prior to joining Elements, Mr. Evans served as Vice President of Operations and the Chief Compliance and Information Security Officer for Episource Inc.

“Reintegration as a vet is very, very tough, and especially if you are in recovery. VFR will work with anybody that has the courage to help rebuild the bonds of trust with those in recovery. We partner with community projects, activists, schools and government. In short our vision is social change, as well as individual change, and we are determined to make it happen.”
